Confirmation Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Congress materials. Cancellation and Refund Policies Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification by February 29, 2008, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Congress. Cancellation Refund Cancellation received by February 29, 2008: 50% of amount paid Cancellations made from March 1, 2008: No refund • Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund. • All refunds will be made after the Congress.
